As a key part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. - Present menus, answer questions about dishes and dietary options, and make recommendations when requested. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. - Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly. - Clear and reset tables between courses and after each guest. - Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. - Handle payments and provide accurate change or process card transactions. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations. - Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. - Requirements: - Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Professional appearance and demeanor.
