Duties - Conduct regular patrols of premises to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed - Operate access control systems to regulate entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles - Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor property and identify potential security threats - Respond swiftly to emergencies using established procedures, including fire safety, medical incidents, or security breaches - Write detailed incident reports documenting any occurrences or irregularities during shifts - Manage emergency response procedures including CPR, AED operation, and Taser deployment when necessary Skills - Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and physical security measures - Experience with law enforcement practices and conflict de-escalation strategies - Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and equipment movement safely - Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with visitors and staff - Proficiency in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy - Familiarity with firearm handling, Taser use, and emergency response procedures - Knowledge of compliance with security regulations and legal standards in security operations We are looking to hire immediately.
