Site Management: Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is performed according to specifications and high-quality standards. Vendor & Contractor Management: cordinate with external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors; verify their work quality and certify payment invoices. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local municipal regulations, environmental policies, and safety protocols. Resource Optimization: Monitor material wastage, conduct quantity surveying, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising structural integrity.
