You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment, delivering innovative civil engineering solutions while growing your technical expertise and advancing your career. \n In this role, you will \n \n - Prepare and manage civil documentation packages, ensuring quality, compliance with relevant standards, and timely delivery within budget.\n - Liaise and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, the broader design team, and authorities to resolve design issues and integrate civil works with other disciplines.\n - Apply a holistic understanding of civil design to meet key project objectives.\n - Use your initiative and technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.\n - Produce high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, and reports.\n - Prepare tender responses, including defining scope and pricing for small to medium complexity civil projects.\n - Grow your skills in staff and client management, risk mitigation, project and financial management.\n Who are we looking for? \n \n - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.\n - 3–5+ years of experience in a consulting, contractor, or developer environment, with experience in high-rise or multi-storeybuilding projects highly regarded.\n - Strong knowledge of stormwater, roads, pavements, retaining walls, and water & sewer infrastructure design.\n - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time and within budget.\n - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n - Professional certifications or chartership (or working towards them) are advantageous.\n Why Join TTW? \n At TTW, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
